Your continued use of James’ Playbook following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Section 1: James’ Playbook Monthly Subscription

1.1 By subscribing to our service and joining the Discord channel, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our services.

1.2 By subscribing to James’ Playbook, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee as listed at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are processed via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable and subscription renewals will be processed automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.

1.3 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to James’ Playbook for violations of these Terms or other inappropriate behaviour. We may also terminate access if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

1.4 All content, materials, and resources shared in James’ Playbook, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other digital content, remain the property of James’ Playbook unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content without written consent.

1.5 The services provided in James’ Playbook are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability or functionality of James’ Playbook at all times and are not responsible for any interruptions or errors.

1.6 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use James’ Playbook or its content.
