The Trading Lab offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions and policies.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site. If you do not agree to them, then you may not access the website or use any services. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our website.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current website shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page frequently for changes. Trading 2.0 & Elevate Courses

3.5 Our courses are delivered in electronic format. They are NOT  physical documents.

3.6 All of the tools and resources provided are the sole property of The Trading Lab and are protected by international copyright laws. They are to be used solely by the purchaser and any attempt to in any way, copy or distribute the documents to another, non-member will result in an immediate termination of the purchaser's membership with all membership privileges, including access to the courses revoked. 

3.7 The contents and data contained within the Master Strategy Spreadsheet is the sole property of The Trading Lab. Any attempt to in any way, copy or distribute the contents to another, non-member will result in an immediate termination of the purchaser's membership with all membership privileges, including access to the courses revoked. 

3.7 All members in the Discord Floor must adhere to the rules outlined in the channel. These can be found in the "Rules" channel in the Discord channel. We reserve the right to remove any member from the channel if they are found to be in breach of them.

Section 4: Refunds

4.1 Because all of our products and Services are delivered electronically we cannot and do not facilitate refunds.

Section 5: Third-Party Links

5.1 We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

5.2 Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of these websites.

5.3 We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party, not to TradingJAM.
